Custom Massage with Aromatherapy

$120 per 90 minutes

$85 per 60 minutes

I have worked closely with a Chiropractic Physician to develop the technique that I use in my massage called, CPAT (Controlled Pressure Attenuation Technique). My intention is to help heal the muscle, avoiding unhealthy pain and continued damage whenever possible. Consistency of pressure, warming the muscles and utilizing a controlled pace allow the body to relax more naturally, increasing the effectiveness of the massage itself. Utilizing this concept, I am able to work with your body, and in many cases inducing sleep in the process. Whether you are wanting to take a break from life to de-stress, or work on a physical ailment, together we will design a massage that is best suited to your needs.

Each massage includes aromatherapy, choose from the following or create your own signature scent:

Relax – The long gliding strokes of Swedish Massage coupled with lavender and sweet orange. Meant to aid in quieting the mind to help promote rest and stress reduction, restoring the body to a more relaxed state.

Breathe – If you suffer from sinus pressure or minor congestion, this medicinal blend of cedarwood, eucalyptus, lavender, peppermint and tea tree may be just what you need. This full body massage focuses on the upper body and sinuses, involving specific techniques to loosen and remove congestion.

Awaken – Intended to increase mental clarity. A mixture of grapefruit and peppermint essential oils are combined with invigorating movements to awaken the senses, reconnecting body and mind.

Foot, Hand and Head
$55 per 30 minutes

For a quick stress reducing pick-me-up, enjoy a 30 minute treatment focused only on the scalp, hands and feet. These three areas are undervalued when it comes to massage and greatly affect your body as a whole. For this service, you remain fully clothed except for the removal of your shoes and socks, and it can be done while seated.

No products are applied to the scalp, but it is possible that your hair may require a little touch up.

Pregnancy Massage

$85 per 60 minutes

Designed specifically for pregnant women, this massage helps release the pain and discomfort experienced throughout the prenatal period by incorporating various techniques specially developed for the expecting mother. Benefits include emotional support, the relief of joint and ligament pain due to extra weight and postural imbalance, and improved breathing and relaxation.

Pregnancy massage is done while lying on your side to accomodate for position and blood flow for the baby and is not available in the first trimester.

Chair Massage
Chair massage is typically done in 10 – 15 minute increments. In addition to the usual health benefits of massage, an added benefit of chair massage is that it is done over the clothing. This allows even the busiest of people a chance to fit a massage into their schedule.

Would you like to treat your hardworking employees? Chair massage is perfect for the workplace, and I can bring my chair to you!! Contact me for group pricing.

  • Dear Cassandra,

Your donation of a 60 minute massage valued at $85 (for tax purposes, priceless to us for your support!) for the Teen Parent Connection silent auction at our Vine 2016 event helped us raise nearly $51,000. Thank you for your generosity!

Your partnership is helping us to enable young parents to find peer support, information and resources to become better parents and more successful individuals.

Young parents in our programs are far more likely than their unaffiliated peers to complete their education, delay subsequent pregnancies, learn about developmental stages of children and healthy, loving ways to support their child’s growth in all areas. They are more likely to become successful at financially supporting themselves and their children, thereby breaking the normal cycle of poverty.

In the past year, TPC served more than 580 young families, and more than 15,000 high school students participated in our prevention programs.

In short, you are a part of this important and successful work, and you are very much appreciated!

    Warm regards,

    Jeanne McLennan, Founder
    Teen Parent Connection
